The Barnard Street River House Rates & Policies:

The home rents for $199 per night plus tax on the weekends (Friday and Saturday) and holidays and $185 per night plus tax during the week (Sunday - Wednesday). Weekly rate is $975.

The house can accommodate up to 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. Each additional person is $15.

There is a 2-night minimum on weekends.

Reservations require a 50% deposit within 5 days.
Payment is by cash, check or credit card.

Cancellations require 7 days notice. If you must cancel with less than 7 days your deposit is nonrefundable unless we can fill your canceled reservation. Refunds will reflect a $10 administrative fee.

Check in time is between 3:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.

Check out is by 12:00 p.m

Barnard Street River House welcomes children but is not responsible for their health or welfare while on the property or in the river.

No smoking inside the house.

Meals are not provided but can be arranged upon special request.
